Abstracts and Posters

All participants are highly encouraged, but not required, to submit an abstract. Online abstract submissions are now being accepted and will remain opened until July 15th. Three oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts for each concurrent session while others will be invited as a poster with an allotted poster size of 8ft wide by 4ft tall. Accepted abstracts will be notified by September 1st. There will be a late breaking abstract submission period from September 1st through October 15th however; these submissions can only be considered for poster presentations. Late breaking posters are allotted a 4ft x 4ft poster size.
