Hotel Accommodations
Hotel Accommodations are provided by The Francis Marion Hotel in the heart of Charleston, SC. This is a beautiful, classic hotel with all the charm and style of our host city and provides excellent walking access to the waterfront and downtown areas. The group rate is $154 per night and you must make your reservations by September 23, 2010 in order to secure this rate. Please note that the entire hotel is a non-smoking facility. IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS! The hotel block is filling fast! If you attempt to make reservations thru the online system and get a "rooms not available" message, please contact the hotel directly by calling 877-756-2121 or email reservations@thefrancismarion.com and they will be able to help you. This is especially true if you are trying to book for Saturday night 10/23. Accommodations for Sunday through Wednesday are still available at the original group rate of $154. Please book your rooms soon! If you require any assistance or have any difficulties, email asmb@asmb.net. We have arranged for overflow rooms and this information will be posted in case the Francis Marion becomes completely booked.

- Print your receipt - you will also get an email confirmation
