Registration:

Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration and banquet ticket purchases will be welcome at the registration desk.

Registration fees include all scientific sessions, program book, access to online abstracts, continental breakfast Mon., Tues., and Wed., AM and PM Coffee Breaks and the Opening Reception. Registration fees exclude accommodation costs. Registration can be completed online by clicking "register now" below or via check accompanied by the PDF registration form available below. Rates are as follows:

Refund/Cancellation deadline has passed. Registration refunds will be provided minus a $50 cancellation fee for refund requests received in writing prior to September 1, 2010. No refunds can be given after this date. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
