Meeting Abstracts

Please note that you must be registered for the meeting before submitting an abstract.  ASMB members may submit an abstract at no cost. There is a fee for non-members to submit an abstract.  Acceptance of abstracts into the scientific program is dependent on these two factors.  If meeting registration is not complete and the abstract fee not paid, an abstract will not be reviewed. Virtual Registrants may submit an abstract. Virtual "Lab" registrations may submit ONE abstract per lab. If multiple lab members wish to submit an abstract, individual registrations should be selected.

Instructions

The abstract submission form cannot be edited once you exit the system.  To complete the submission form you will need your abstract title, text (to copy and paste into the form, as well as a word doc to upload), and complete co-author information. Recommended abstract length is 250-350 words. If you wish to apply for a travel award or Iozzo Trainee Award, you will need to upload your CV, letter of intent, and letter of recommendation (as PDF files) with this abstract submission.  Please have all of these elements ready for submission when you begin the form.
