2021 Biennial Meeting PostersVirtual PostersAll accepted abstracts will be included in the virtual poster session in the Whova meeting app. Presenters will receive an invitation by email to upload posters. You may begin to populate your poster presentation page as soon as you receive that invitation. Please complete your poster upload by 8:00am Sunday morning, September 12, 2021. Additionally, many have requested a poster board at the meeting. See below for in-person poster information. In-person PostersIn-person posters will be presented in two separate sessions. Odd number posters will present in Poster Session I and even number posters will present in Poster Session II. In-person posters are also asked to upload a virtual poster presentation. This allows virtual attendees to view the poster as well as those in-person attendees who wish to preview posters virtually before visiting the presentation on site. Each poster display board is mounted horizontally, and has a 8’ wide x 4’ tall display surface. Each presenter may utilize one side of the board – or an area of 8’ wide by 4’ tall. Please be certain to bring a poster which will fit in this display area. Push pins will be provided on-site. Set-up for all posters is as follows:
