Meeting registration includes all scientific sessions and the following meals: Sunday evening reception, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday continental breakfast and coffee breaks.
Complimentary Registrations ASMB is pleased to offer a limited number of free registrations for trainees and junior faculty who demonstrate financial need and are attending the ASMB meeting for the first time. If you are interested in applying for one of the complimentary registrations, complete this form. You will be asked to provide a statement about what uniquely qualifies you for a complimentary registration. You may upload an optional supporting document as well.
ISMB Members A special registration offer has been negotiated for current International Society for Matrix Biology members. ISMB members may register for the meeting at ASMB member rates. Please email ASMB to receive the discount.
Group Discount and Day Rate If you plan to bring a large contingent from your lab or institution, let us know! ASMB encourages group attendance and can offer a discount for large groups coming from one institution. If you are local to Baltimore and would like a day rate, let us know that as well! Email the ASMB office to discuss details.
Registration Refunds Registration refunds will be provided for requests received in writing prior to November 2. Travel and accommodation arrangements are solely the responsibility of the attendee.
Event Code of Conduct ASMB is pleased to provide a collegial environment for the professional exchange of scientific ideas as well as a collaborative social network of researchers in the field. All participants are expected to behave appropriately; respecting fellow attendees, presenters, sponsor representatives, volunteers, and staff.
